Preparing Your Wedding Car

Preparing the wedding car for that moment when the bride and groom drive off from the church can be easy. You just need to have some creative ideas and a few supplies, then you can decorate the car to look festive. Some of the things that you need to have on hand are ribbons, balloons, bells, crepe paper, confetti, and glass paint. Make sure that the balloons you buy are in the wedding colours and attach them to the car with matching ribbons. Place them on the roof of the car so that the balloons will trail behind when the vehicle is moving. Get the crepe paper and cut it into long, ribbon-like shapes.

Stream these all over the automobile so that they will also trail behind like the balloons. Though it is traditional to tie cans to the rear bumper of the vehicle, it would be a better idea to use bells instead, since these look better and produce a cheerful, jingle-like sound. Use the glass paint to write “Just Married” on the rear windscreen of the car. You can find glass paint pens at auto part stores. The marks that these items can make are easy to clean, so you can write other messages for the newlyweds on the car windows if you like. Finally, sprinkle some confetti over the seats as well as the floorboards. Make sure that you choose the larger pieces of confetti cut into shapes like hearts and stars. This will make cleaning up and vacuuming the car later a lot easier for you.
