An outdoor wedding may be held in a lot of different locations. It could be at the beach, in a garden, or even a backyard. Owing to the venue, a lot of people tend to think that it calls for less formal attire. However, it might be a bit difficult to dress down without the danger of wearing something entirely inappropriate.

When dressing for an outdoor ceremony, avoid wearing jeans. The latter is only suitable for casual occasions like a Friday night movie with friends. Instead, opt for a nice dress or a skirt and blouse. If the big date takes place during the autumn or winter, donning on a pantsuit may not be such a bad idea.

Go for an outfit that is not entirely done in black, especially if it is to be a spring or summer nuptial. Although such a dark shade is often considered acceptable, wearing light or bright colours may be in your best interest.
